Booking and cancellation policy

Reservations are not considered firm unless accompanied by a deposit check or valid credit card details covering 60% of the amount of the stay.

This deposit will be deducted from the invoice at the end of your stay.

Without a down payment or guarantee, the company La Gentilhommière can not assure you the maintenance of the reservation.

In case of cancellation over 30 days prior to your stay, 20% of the amount of the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation 30 to 21 days prior to your stay, 40% of the amount of the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to your stay, 50% of the amount of the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation 7 to 2 days prior to your stay, 75% of the amount of the deposit will be retained.

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to your stay, 100% of the deposit will be retained.

Any booked but shortened stay will be fully charged.

We do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready as soon as possible. It should however be foreseen that this is only possible from 4:00 pm onwards. Thank you for your understanding.

Rooms must imperatively be vacated by 11:00 am. Any departure after this time will be invoiced 20.00 euros per one hour period begun
